When starting the executive coaching process, we’ll always sign a contract between the three parties (company, collaborator/executive, and coach) to define the benchmarks and guarantee confidentiality.

 

Final evaluation

After we complete the sessions, we'll meet again to evaluate everything we achieved. It'll be a lot, believe me!

What is executive coaching for?

The process of executive coaching starts when an executive, for the sake of the company, decides that they need the help of a coach to reach their goals.

 

Who pays for the sessions?

To start the executive coaching process, we’ll sign a three-party contract between the client, sponsor or company rep, and the coach. This contract will reflect the goal to work on throughout the process. The organization will define which abilities to work on.

 

Is it confidential?

Of course. However, at the end of the process, I’ll send a report to the company describing how well we achieved the goals set in the contract. This final report will not reveal any of the session content. We respect our clients’ confidentiality.
