The process of executive coaching starts when an executive, for the sake of the company, decides that they need the help of a coach to reach their goals.
To start the executive coaching process, we’ll sign a three-party contract between the client, sponsor or company rep, and the coach. This contract will reflect the goal to work on throughout the process. The organization will define which abilities to work on.
Of course. However, at the end of the process, I’ll send a report to the company describing how well we achieved the goals set in the contract. This final report will not reveal any of the session content. We respect our clients’ confidentiality.
