Initial meeting

We’ll have a meeting to get to know each other, and I’ll be all ears. I really want to listen to you and understand what is going on.

Assessment

After making sure we are on the same page, I’ll make an assessment based on my vision. First, I’ll likely ask for documentation and start conversations with some of your collaborators.

Define Objectives

We’ll come to a consensus to define a list of objectives.

Plan Actions

We'll plan a series of actions, then put them into place to start seeing changes in your company.

Evaluate Results

Finally, we'll evaluate the results and make improvements.
