I help you reinvent your ways of communicating

  • “I’m afraid to express what I feel”
  • “My self-esteem is at rock bottom”
  • “I’m not ready for this”
  • “My insecurities are stopping me from being happy”
  • “I can’t fight for my rights at work”

Sounds familiar, right? Now let me ask… don’t you think it’s time to get to work and overcome your limitations?

Who is coaching for?

A person in the desert can go in any direction. They are free to decide, since no one is stopping them. However, it's unlikely that they actually feel free, because they probably don't know where to walk. Freedom without direction makes no sense. It just doesn't feel right.

In this situation, they need a compass to guide them towards their goal. A good compass doesn't take freedom away from anyone. That's what coaching is all about: the coach supports their client in the process of achieving their goals.

The coaching process is aimed towards people that:

  • Feel limited when trying to express themselves.
  • Have trouble saying “NO”.
  • Are afraid to speak in public because they think they’ll make a fool of themselves.
  • Hide and hold back when it’s time to speak in a group.
  • Want a professional change and are looking for a job.
  • Need to get to know their own strengths and improve their self-esteem.

Testimonials

"Thanks to Eulalia, I was able to focus on my personal and professional improvement projects. I found her through a recommendation, and it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made without a doubt. She helped me concentrate on what I actually bring to the table and focus on clear goals with benchmarks to check my progress and clear targets over time. Very professional."

Alejandro Pérez Romero

"I felt like we connected very quickly from the first meeting. She adapted to my need to do online sessions. Very professional. She gives you the tools you need at the moment you need them. I'm very happy, liberated, and thankful with the end result. If I find myself in a similar situation, I'll be back!"

Faqs

What is coaching?

Coaching is a process in which a professional helps another person achieve concrete goals that they define in line with their values, beliefs, and current environment. It can take place in person or online

How do I know that I need to start the coaching process?

Starting the coaching process is connected to starting the process of change. I would say that it’s worth it to start a coaching process when you feel truly committed to this change. Ask yourself these questions: Do you want something different? Are you ready to work for it? If yes, then coaching can provide you support and drive.

How do I know who to trust?

I understand you. Unfortunately, there are a lot of supposed “coaches” popping up. You have to be sure that the person you choose explains their code of ethics, shows you their credentials, and is committed to confidentiality from the first meeting. There are professional coaching organizations that work to dignify the profession and fight against unqualified practice. To join these organizations, you must have the proper credentials and take an exam. For example, I’m a member of the Spanish Coaching Association (ASESCO) and the International Coach Federation (ICF).

How do I choose a coach?

Coaches that are members of professional associations include the logos on their websites. A good idea is to ask your coach if they are members of ASESCO, ICF, or another relevant professional organization. The important thing is to ensure that the coach you work with is a professional in their field.

Should I choose a coach that's an expert in my field?

Not necessarily. Coaches don’t need to be masters in their client’s sector or job content; they aren’t mentors. Coaches are accredited experts in establishing relationships with their clients through a series of conversations, employing different methods with the end goal of helping improve their performance and/or bolstering their personal development.

What's the difference between a coach and a psychologist?

As the ASESCO coaching white paper explains, “coaching is not a process of psychotherapy. Coaches and psychologists bring a different level of intervention. Their roles are also different. A coach won’t do any deep interventions for issues that appear or repair conflicts within a person. Coaching is all about development and growth so you can face current dilemmas and future goals more efficiently. Processes related to mental health, such as evaluation, diagnosis, and treatments (among others) are forbidden to professional coaches, and instead are for specialists in psychology and/or psychiatry, among others.”

What are the main differences between coaching and clinical psychology?

Clinical psychology is an applied science that includes evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy. Coaching is a technical discipline, a strategic methodology aimed towards actions and achieving goals. These two processes should not be confused, but can be complementary to one another.

How long do sessions last?

Between 45 to 60 minutes.

Is online coaching effective?

The physical distance between a coach and a client has no bearing on how well the method works.
